Volvo describes the B8R SC5 as being the perfect tourer for both UK and continental travel. Available with 38/41 seats and being just over 10 metres in length, its superior manoeuvrability makes it highly suitable for both inner city use as well as in the open countryside and more challenging terrain.
Jo Standbridge continued: “Although classed as a midi, the Volvo B8R SC5 offers extensive luggage capacity and an optional rear saloon toilet as well as a range of executive level specification features expected by today’s coach passenger.
Volvo Buses is also reinforcing its safety position with the B8R and B11R models by incorporating a new Driver Support System (DSS) which includes lane keeping support, a forward collision warning and emergency braking system.
The vehicle also includes reclining seats, three point seat belts and leather headrests and along with the internal styling and Volvo chassis reliability, it makes an impressive and adaptable coach for drivers and passengers alike and is designed to keep operational costs to a minimum.

Bliss Travel was formed in 1993 as a service to chauffeur drive business in central London. It has since increased the fleet to include coach hire and rental with garage premises in central London, bringing maintenance in-house and increasing productivity, keeping repair time to a minimum.
