The rounded front, the emblem carrier and the bumper create a friendly and confident face. A competent and inviting expression. In addition, Volvo’s signature V-shaped lights carve out a strong identity even from a distance

Ergonomic seats, carefully selected materials, elegant trim and harmonic colour schemes. Volvo passengers are seated in premium comfort, able to fully enjoy the smooth and safe ride.

Aerodynamics

The rounded front, clean sides and distinctive rear corners contribute to excellent aerodynamics and lower fuel consumption

Designed for the driver

The ergonomic driver’s environment focuses on driver control and driver comfort. The clean layout is curved around you with intuitive grouping of controls. The instruments are easy to view and everything is within convenient reach.

Designed for passenger flow

Passenger flow is of great importance in a city bus. Smooth boarding and exit call for an efficient and passenger-friendly design of the layout.

Serviceability

Lamps, panels and many other components have to be designed with servicing in mind. Parts commonality and swift installation are some of the results of a thorough design process.
