We are excited to announce a comprehensive update to our Calendar Tool, designed to significantly enhance user experience and streamline navigation. The new interface features a refined design that aligns closely with familiar calendar functionalities, making it easier than ever to manage your schedule.

Key Updates:

Intuitive Navigation: The default view is now a traditional monthly calendar, with options to switch to weekly, daily, or agenda views. This allows users to visualize their planned events more clearly.
Improved Event Management: Events are displayed based on their scheduled times, with all-day events prominently featured. Users can click on any event for detailed information.
Customizable Filters: Tailor your calendar view with new customizable filters that allow you to focus on specific vehicles, equipment, or event types. Save your preferred filters for quick access.
Streamlined Agenda View: The agenda view now closes any gaps, displaying only planned events for easier schedule reviews. Users can toggle visibility for locations and descriptions as needed.
Export Options: Easily export your agenda to a CSV file or print your event list with a simple click.
Event Types: The calendar now categorizes events into four types—Inspection Due Dates, Planned Maintenance, Booked Events, and My Events—each with distinct colors and icons for quick identification.
