Chris will be joining the Volvo Bus Australia team in Perth as Senior Field Service Engineer, responsible for supporting customers and dealers in Western Australia with technical support and product assistance. Chris will be an integral part of the team delivering on the Public Transit Authority (PTA) supply contract of both electric and diesel buses for the city.
Chris has been a part of Volvo Group Australia for over 14 years, having worked as a heavy vehicle technician on a variety of customers & applications.
Chris has an extensive understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, electrical and hybrid vehicles, is a certified Hybrid Vehicle Technician and holds a Safety Certificate in traction voltage.
Having been with the Volvo Group for one and a half decades, Chris brings to the Bus team a thorough understanding of our core values of safety, quality and environmental care.
While Chris is currently based in Brisbane, as soon as travel permits, he will relocate to Perth to start work with our WA based team.
